How to Support a Project

Supporting a project is very simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Browse the project list or search for a specific project
  2. View project details and reward options
  3. Choose the support amount and corresponding rewards you want
  4. Click the "Support Now" button
  5. Confirm payment information and complete Pi payment

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and can view all supported projects on the "My Supports" page.

There are many benefits to supporting Pi Network projects:

  • Exclusive Rewards: Receive special rewards provided by the project based on your support amount
  • Early Access: Get access to products or services before the general public
  • Community Participation: Become part of the project community and participate in project development

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • When project doesn't reach soft cap: If the project fails to reach its soft cap goal before the deadline, you will automatically receive a full refund
  • When project is cancelled: If the project is cancelled by the creator or platform, you will receive a full refund
  • After project reaches soft cap: Once a project successfully reaches its soft cap, refunds are typically no longer provided
  • Refund processing time: Refunds are usually processed within 3-7 business days
  • You don't need to take any action, the refund process is automatic

You can check the refund status on the "My Supports" page. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Cancel Support

In certain cases, you can cancel your support for a project:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the "My Supports" page
  3. Find the project you want to cancel
  4. Click "Manage Support" and then select "Cancel Support"
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Important Note: Once a project successfully reaches its soft cap and ends crowdfunding, you will not be able to cancel support or request a refund.

Track Project Progress

After supporting a project, you can track project progress through various methods:

  • Project Updates: View the latest updates posted by the creator on the project page
  • Email Notifications: Receive email notifications about important project developments
  • My Supports: View the status of all supported projects on the "My Supports" page in your personal account
  • Comments Section: Communicate with the creator and other supporters through the project comments section

We encourage project creators to update progress regularly, but update frequency may vary by project.
