Welcome to CrowdFundPi platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and CrowdFundPi ("we," "our," or "platform"), governing your use of our website, services, and mobile applications.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Maintain account security and be responsible for account activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Project Creation and Support

2.1 Project Creation: Project creators must provide truthful, accurate project information and are responsible for project execution.

2.2 Project Review: We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any project without prior notice.

2.3 Funding Model: We use a "soft cap" model, meaning funds are only transferred to project creators when the project reaches its minimum funding goal. If a project fails to reach its goal, all support will be returned to backers.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Platform Fees: We charge 5% of the successfully raised amount as a platform service fee.

3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the Pi Network and are subject to Pi Network's terms and policies.

4. User Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Deliberately disrupt platform operations

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

5.1 Service Provided "As Is": CrowdFundPi and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no express or implied warranties.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdFundPi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content: CrowdFundPi and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the content and materials on the platform.

6.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you create and share, but grant us a license to use, copy, and distribute that content.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be effective when posted on the website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction.
